About me

My name is Y. Rahmawan, I have interest on nanotechnology especially on top-down and bottom-up approaches for biomedical and bioengineering applications.

From now on I will try to put any progresses in this area with a very simple way. Hopefully they are useful for beginners in understanding nanotechnology. And don’t forget to check my daily life with my family in some parts of this blog.

I am now doing my PhD study in School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Seoul National University (SNU) South Korea. Here I joined Nano Fusion Technology Laboratory (NFTL).

I also spend my some parts of my time to work in Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) as a research assistant. Iam in diamond research center, Future Fusion Technology laboratory.

My former educations are:

Yeungnam University (master course in Department of Advanced Materials Science & Engineering, 2005-2007)

University of Indonesia. (undergraduate course in Department of Metallurgy & Materials, 1998-2002)
